Our Principal Consultant, TAK Mathews, pioneered professional vertical transportation consultancy in India, contributing to key real estate projects. By 2005, the demand for these services had grown so significantly that he founded India’s first full-service vertical transportation consultancy company.

In the same year, we began work on India’s largest commercial building project and India’s first 250m + towers. Since then, we have achieved numerous firsts, continually advancing towards taller and faster vertical transportation solutions.
